Welcome!
My motto is DEED NOT BREED. This means that I do not judge the breed of the dog, I judge the deed. I believe that inside every 'naughty' dog, there is a calm and balanced dog waiting to come out. I just need to find their reset button!
I gave the company it's name, DOGS UNLIMITED, as a daily reminder that the sky is the limit for teaching dogs. Of course there will always be the limitations of our own capabilities and imagination and yes, even what the dog is capable of. But on the whole, unlimited!
All dogs are born with a set of instinctive canine behaviours and patterns, deep rooted primal codes which determine many aspects of their behaviour in our human world. Sometimes, those instincts get a bit mixed up due a health condition or something they have learned from us, their owners and then they need professional help. Very rarely is a dog born 'bad' so as a general rule, never blame the dog!
My aim is to provide owners with the skills and confidence to communicate effectively with their four-legged friends. As a fully qualified and insured dog trainer and behaviourist, I teach the owners and guide the dog! I am vet and dog warden approved and I happily accept referrals from vets, rescue centres etc.
I cover many parts of the South West, including Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset. Contact me if you are not sure I cover your area.
